Our system had many set-up options so it is extremely flexible to meet your specific needs. We work with you after ordering to get the phone system configured just the way you need it. You can choose not to have this service and just have all or some of your phones ring. Call Groups -Call Groups are where multiple phones ring together. This is commonly used for phones within a department E.g. Sales Department. There are many configuration options for call groups, and we can help ensure you get your phone system working the way you want. We configure up the system for you in the beginning to work just the way you need it. Voicemail – Voicemail can be individual per user, or companywide and you can choose to have your voicemail emailed instead of it showing on a phone. Custom Greetings – Set personal messages, greetings, voicemail and hold music. The system can be fully customised, or you can just enjoy the defaults already set.
